Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, submitting a quote request, or using the customer portal at 3dprinteverything.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

3D Print Everything provides professional 3D printing, 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, and related manufacturing services based in Frisco, Texas. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders involving illegal content, weapons, or items that violate third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders require a quote approval before production begins. By approving a quote, you authorize 3D Print Everything to begin production and to charge the invoiced amount. Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the secure checkout link provided in your invoice email. All prices are in US Dollars.

Orders are not considered confirmed until a quote has been approved and, where required, a deposit or full payment has been received. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after initial quoting.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days from the start of production. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. Turnaround estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by material availability, order complexity, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

5. File Submission and Intellectual Property

By submitting design files (STL, OBJ, STEP, or other formats), you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use those files and that printing them does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. 3D Print Everything is not responsible for any intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted files. We will not reproduce licensed or trademarked designs without proper authorization.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because 3D printed parts are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or design changes made after production begins. If a part is defective or does not match the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will reprint or issue a credit at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

7. Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipment and invoiced separately unless included in your quote. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage in transit, though we will assist in filing claims where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Print Everything's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
